Human Rights Commission's chief stressed importance of cultural diversity for development

Qa'dah 11, 1431 / Oct. 19, 2010, SPA -- Head of the Human Rights Commission Dr. Bandar bin Mohammad Ala'aiban deplored the Israeli practices in the Arab occupied territories and Israel's continued violation of the Palestinian people's rights.
Dr. Ala'aiban's remarks came in a speech he delivered during the human rights conference which started in China today.
Dr. Ala'aiban highlighted the importance of cultural diversity for development and dialogue.
He underlined the strength of Saudi-Chinese relations and reviewed the relations' developments.
Dr. Ala'aiban detailed Saudi Arabia's great support and care for cultural diversity, national dialogue and dialogue among followers of religions.
