Qa'da 04, 1431 / Oct. 12, 2010, SPA -- The Second Arab Forum for the Protection of Consumers from Fraud and Counterfeiting and the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights was concluded here today.
The three-day forum issued the Riyadh Declaration containing a number of recommendations on combating product fraud and counterfeiting.
