The talks, the signing ceremony, and the dinner party were attended by Prince Ahmad Ibn Abdulaziz, Vice Interior Minister, Prince Mohammed Ibn Naif Ibn Abdulaziz, Assistant Interior Minister for Security Affairs and a number of officials of Ministry of Interior. On the Chinese side, they were attended by Chinese Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Yang Honglin, and the delegation accompanying the Chinese Official.
