Qa'dah 02, 1431, Oct 10, SPA -- The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) will participate as a main sponsor at the 5th Petrochemical Conference, scheduled to start its deliberations later today in Manama, Bahrain. The Commission's delegation to the conference includes several officials headed by Alaa Abdullah Nassif, RCJY's general manager of strategic planning and investment development. Nassif said the participation of the Royal Commission aims to showcase its pioneering experience in the construction and management of industrial cities, in addition to promoting Jubail and Yanbu as attractive and distinctive investment areas. He also mentioned the role of the commission in encouraging the private sector to participate in the development of Jubail and Yanbu and develop a solid industrial sector providing technical training and rehabilitation programs for local talent and developing plans that meet industrial requirements in the short and long term. He said this would certainly pave the way for further industrial interaction between the Cooperation Council of Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) and the rest of the world. --MORE
