Dr. Suleiman bin Abdullah Abalkhail, Rector of Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University, described the recent directives issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to exempt university-student-prisoners from tuition fees as a kind royal care aware of the needs of citizens who face difficult social circumstances. In a press statement, Abalkhail said the move opens the door wide for female and male students who suffer from such circumstances to become again useful elements in the society.
