On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Engineer Mohammed Jamil bin Ahmed Mulla opened here this evening the Second National Conference for e-government transactions under the theme "A fruitful Cooperation Yields Fruitful Success". Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Aljaafari, Governor of the Communications and Information Technology, President of the Steering Committee for e-government transactions program and who is also the President of the Supervisory Committee of the Second National Conference for e-government, delivered a speech where he emphasized that this conference aims to participate in the modernization and development to achieve the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the service of citizens and enhance the status of Saudi Arabia.
