A blaze broke out in a plastic factory near the airport of Urumqi, capital of northwest China's Xinjiang Autunomous Region, late Saturday night, prompting authorities to temporarily shut down the airport, officials and witnesses said. There is no report of casualties yet. At least 15 flights were disrupted, Xinhua reported. Explosions were heard after the blaze engulfed Hengliji plastic plank factory located just outside the Diwapu International Airport of Urumqi at about 11 pm.
