Saudi embassies abroad today celebrated the 80th anniversary of the National Day of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The events were attended by senior government representatives, business sectors and diplomatic corps accredited to the host countries. Saudi ambassadors and charge d'Affaires welcomed the guests and, in statements to Saudi Press Agency, forwarded their felicitations on the National Day to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; and Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, and the Saudi people, wishing them happiness and health and the Kingdom steady progress and prosperity. The Saudi embassies in London, Lebanon, Tunisia, Germany, China, The Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, France, India and Egypt were part of this orchestrated event. Prince Mansour bin Mite'b bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, who happened to be in China joined his country's embassy to mark the Day and availed himself of the opportunity to send his felicitations to the King, his Crown prince, the Second Deputy Premier and the Saudi people on the event.
