The Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano received here today the President of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE) Dr. Hashim bin Abdullah Yamani who is leading the Kingdom's delegation to the 54th session of IAEA. During the meeting, IAEA Director General praised the efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to develop all areas of interest to the Kingdom. Earlier, Dr. Yamani delivered the speech of Saudi delegation at the 54th session of IAEA in which he highlighted the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to establish KACARE which will focus on diversifying energy sources and building a national system for atomic and renewable energy.
