Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) announced Tuesday that it celebrated the launching of its new office in Cape Town, South Africa, on September 20, 2010, in the presence of Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al-Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and SABIC Chairman. Present at the inaugural ceremony were also Mohamed Al-Mady, SABIC Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Mohamed Ali, the Saudi Ambassador to South Africa ; and the ambassadors of the UAE and Kuwait to South Africa, along with a number of senior officials of the South African government and SABIC.
