Three Indian ministers will visit Canada this month to boost economic ties between the two countries, which signed nuclear, mining and other deals during Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to Toronto in June this year. Union Power Minister Sushilkumar Shinde, Commerce Minister Anand Sharma, Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel will be in Canada later this month to enhance business ties between India and Canada, Preeti Saran, Consul General of India, was quoted as saying by the Press Trust Of India on Friday. She said the visits were part of the efforts of the two countries to triple their bilateral trade, from less than $ 5 billion now, within the next five years, and added that the two countries have identified civil nuclear energy, higher education, science and technology, innovation, clean technology and renewable energy as the thrust areas. Saran said the visit of the Prime Minister here in June as part of the G-20 Summit has given "fresh impetus" and "content" to the bilateral relationship between India and Canada.
