Controversial Wikileaks' founder Julian Assange is seeking residency in Sweden despite an ongoing investigation into a complaint of harassment, dpa quoted his lawyer as saying on Tuesday. A spokeswoman for the Swedish Migration Board told local media that Assange's application was incomplete and some additional information was needed. The residency and a work permit application was filed August 18, three days before he was fingered by prosecutors. Earlier this month, prosecutors dropped a probe into sexual harassment and also said they would not pursue allegations by a second woman of rape by Assange. The decisions have been questioned by attorney Claes Borgstrom who represents the two women who made the allegations. A decision on Borgstrom's appeal is pending. Assange was late Monday questioned by police over the harassment, his lawyer Leif Silbersky told the Aftonbladet tabloid. -- SPA
