In line with these developments, the number of the U.S. troops in Iraq will be reduced to less than 50,000, said the paper. The White House hopes that the success of Obama as regards honoring his pledges pertaining to Iraq will whiten the face of the administration which is facing problems caused by the economic crisis in the country.
