Holy Quran Memorization Contest Opened in Tunisia

Under the patronage of Tunisian President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali, the Tunisian Minister of Religious Affairs Boubaker el-Akhzouri opened here today the 9th International Contest for Holy Quran Memorization, Recitation and Interpretation.
Twenty-one Muslim and Arab countries including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are participating in the ten-day contest.
