Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor predicts that the nation's high court will be asked again to weigh national security versus free speech because of the WikiLeaks website. In remarks to high school and college students in Denver on Thursday, Sotomayor was asked about the website that published classified U.S. war documents, AP reported. A student asked about the security questions and free speech, to which Sotomayor replied: «I wish I could answer that. But I can't, only because that question is very likely to come before me.» Sotomayor also declined to take a position on Arizona's illegal immigration law. She says immigration questions would be decided by legislation, not the courts.
