Royal Decree: King Endorses Formation of Saudi Aramco's New Board of Directors

A Royal decree has been issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah ibn Abdul-Aziz for the formation of the board of directors of Saudi Aramco for a period of three years effective from 15/09/1431H, as follows:
1- Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Eng Ali Ibn Ibrahim Al-Naimi as chairman and membership of:

3- Dr Mohammed Ibn Ibrahim Al-Suweilem
