Some 32 people were charged with terrorism, murder and attempted murder in Uganda on Tuesday, in connection with the July 11 bombings that left dozens dead in the capital Kampala. Twin bomb blasts tore through crowds of people watching the World Cup final in a restaurant and rugby club in Kampala, killing 76 people and injuring more than 80 others. State attorney Joan Kagezi read out 89 charges, including 76 for murder, 10 for attempted murder and three for terrorism against the suspects from Somalia, Kenya and Uganda in a court in Kampala's eastern suburb of Nakawa.
