Prince Sattam ibn Abdul-Aziz, the Acting Governor of Riyadh Province, received here today Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdul-Rahman Al-Atiyyah, who congratulated him on the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan.
