The International Islamic Relief of Saudi Arabia(IIROSA) provided during the past years in-kind, medical assistance to the Palestinians people in addition to winter aids, school bags, house-building and rebuilding facilities as well as utilization of 'Adhahi' meats. The relief assistance provided by IIROSA through its office in Amman, Jordan was in cooperation with Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, UNRWA and WHO regional office. This assistance included renovation of 30 houses of the affected families in Gaza, Nablus and Tolkaram with provision of food assistances to 11,500 poor and orphans in these areas and also in Hebron, Bethlehem and Ramallah, said Adnan Khalil Al Basha, the Secretary General of MWL affiliate IIROSA. The agency also distributed medical opticals and schools' bags to 2,705 of boys and girls students, he said As many as 500 patients with renal problems and anemia in Jala Hospital, Bethlehem were also treated, and 90 others injured were offered medical treatment in a specialist hospital in Jordan. In addition, 19 cases of cardiac patients and kidney transplantations were treated in the same hospital.
