Hussein discussed the developments of the situation at the Lebanese front and confirmed their stance by the side of the Lebanese sisterly people in their effort to enhance security and stability and support of their domestic unity and national reconciliation. On Iraq, the two leaders, put emphasis on the importance of Iraq's central security and stability which constitutes a basic pillar for the security and stability of the region, also confirming the importance of reaching an Iraqi national unity government in which all Iraqi community elements would be represented. The two leaders discussed a number of Arab, Islamic and International issues of mutual concern. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, then, briefed his host King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein on the outcome of his recent tour which took him to each of Egypt, Syria and Lebanon and his meetings with leaders of those countries which came within the strenuous efforts exerted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the service of Arab issues and enhancement of Arab ranks unity in the face of different challenges.
