Four foreigners were amongst the 19 victims of the stampede at a festival in Duisburg, dpa quoted police on Sunday. Nationals from the Netherlands, Australia, Italy and China were among the dead, all of whom have not yet been identified, Duisburg Police Chief Detlef von Schmeling said at a press conference.
