The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to Belgium's King Albert II on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
In his cable, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz wished King Albert II permanent good health and happiness and Belgium's people steady progress and prosperity.
