Prince Sultan Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdulaziz, President of General Presidency of Youth Welfare and Prince Nawaf Ibn Faisal Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdulaziz, Vice President of General Presidency of Youth Welfare have expressed their thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud; The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud; and Prince Naif Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior on the occasion of the Cabinet's recent approval of allowing sports clubs to establish sports academies on the land allocated to them. The princes said that the Cabinet's decision comes within the context of care and attention paid by the Saudi leadership to youth and sports sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its keenness on advancing Saudi sports to highest levels of excellence at continental and international competitions. On his part, Prince Nawaf, who is also General Supervisor of Project of Saudi Sports Academies hoped that 153 sports clubs in the Kingdom benefit from this project, especially the big clubs that possess human and material resources qualifying them for the establishment of such sports academies.
