Prince Sultan ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul-Aziz, the President of youth welfare, and Prince Nawaf Ibn Faisal Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul-Aziz, the Vice-president of youth welfare, have congratulated Sheikh Fawaz ibn Mohammed Al-Khalifa on his appointment as the Head of Bahrain's information affairs commission with the rank of Minister.
Prince Sultan Ibn Fahd and his Deputy expressed their good wishes to Sheikh Al-Khalifa.
