Having reviewed a report by the General President of Youth Welfare, the Cabinet decided to allow the clubs to establish sports academies on land allocated to them according to a number of controls; these include: First: They should be established by the clubs themselves and self-financed, taking into account a number of measures including: 1 - Such academies shall not grant academic degrees. 2 - The General Presidency for Youth Welfare shall set regulations defining the objectives of these academies, the conditions for their establishment and the methodology of their work in conjunction with the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Finance. Each body shall define relevant controls to them. 3 - The returns of the operation of the academy shall go to the club in which it was established. Second: They shall be established by the clubs through the private sector under contracts concluded for this purpose.
