The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to Montenegro's President Filip Vujanovic on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
In his cable, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz wished the President permanent good health and happiness and Montenegro's people steady progress and prosperity.
