The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Sao Tome and Principe Fradique Bandiera Melo de Menezes on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Sao Tome and Principe steady progress and prosperity.
