Authorities in Philadelphia have identified a second body from a tourist boat that sank this week after it was hit by a barge. The medical examiner's office said the body that was retrieved late Friday was that of 20-year-old Szablcs Prem, a missing tourist from Hungary. He was one of two people who had been unaccounted for after Wednesday's collision, in which a 250-foot (75-meter) barge hit a stalled amphibious sightseeing boat in the Delaware River, throwing 37 people into the water, AP reported.
