Evidence is mounting that Russia and the United States are preparing for the largest spy swap since the Cold War, according to AP. In Moscow, riot police on Thursday secured the perimeter of a prison thought to be holding convicted spies for the West as convoy of armored vehicles arrived at the compound. In New York, a federal court is set to decide the fate of ten people arrested and suspected of spying for Russia. Lawyers say a resolution could be reached as early as Thursday. Security analyst Pavel Felgenhauer told The Associated Press he is sure a Cold War-style spy exchange is imminent. He says Moscow's political moves since the United States charged the 10 people with working as unregistered Russian government agents was a «de facto acknowledgment» of their guilt.
