The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to Qatar's Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani on the anniversary of his accession to the throne.
In his cable, the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the Emir permanent good health and happiness and Qatar's people steady progress and prosperity.
