Israel will appoint retired Supreme Court Judge Yakov Tirkel to head a commission of inquiry into the seizure of six ships carrying aid and pro-Palestinian activists to the Gaza Strip, dpa quoted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as saying on Sunday. He told a meeting of ministers of his Likud Party that details of the commission have been coordinated with the United States. The other members of the commission have not been named, but Israel Army Radio reported that it will include two foreign observers, one from the Europe and one from the United States. -- SPA
