Algeria has started to implement a development program at a cost of $286 Billion. The program which will be implemented in the next four years include projects of roads, transport, railways, health, electricity and water. The Algerian government is planning to improve the social conditions, and enhancing human development as well as establishing and developing hospitals and educational institutions.
