A number of dignitaries today made statements on the fifth anniversary of the allegiance-pledge of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They were Dr. Khalid Al-Anqari, the Minister of Higher Education; Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Zahrani, Chairman of the Technological and Vocational Training Council in Makkah Region; Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Suweilem, Undersecretary of Najran Region; Dr. Hana Al-Naeem, Dean of Female Students at King Abdulaziz University; and Dr. Abdullah Al-Shihri, Governor of Power and Dual Production Organizing. They lauded the prudence and far-sight of the King which boosted the status of the Kingdom over the last five years of his current reign domestically, regionally and internationally. They gave accounts on the development of education, health and other services. They also touched the king's initiatives in regional politics, citing the Arab peace initiative and dialogue among followers of religions, cultures and civilizations. They wished him continuous health and happiness and the Saudi people steady progress and prosperity.
