At least 12 people drowned and four were missing after a motorboat capsized in Bangladesh Tuesday, an official said. Rescuers found 12 bodies after the boat overturned at Shoalchapra Haor, 155 kilometres north-west of the capital, the administrator of the Dharmapasha sub-district said. A whirlwind caused the accident when the boat carrying 25 passengers was en route to Badshaganj in the morning, he was quoted as saying by the German Press Agency "DPA." The deceased included 10 children, the official said.
