Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman has ordered the release of 71 prisoners who have shown good conduct and behavior while serving their terms in the Reformative and Punitive institutions run by the Ajman Police Directorate. They have been pardoned from the remaining period in their sentences and will be released soon, according to a report of the UAE news agency "WAM." Those, against whom the courts have issued verdicts for deportation will be sent back to their respective countries. The Ruler of Ajman, expressed his wishes that those who have been released will return to their families to lead a good and virtuous life in the society. Director General of Ajman Police Brigadier Ali Abdullah Alwan praised the benevolence of the Ruler of Ajman, that reflects his keenness to give prisoners the opportunity to be good individuals in the society and get reunited with their families. He also expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Ruler for his clemency, which reflect a deep sense of the importance of human freedom.
