Turkey calls for UN meeting over Israel convoy action

Turkey said on Monday it had called for an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council after Israeli commandos stormed Gaza-bound aid ships, killing at least 10 activists on board, a Turkish foreign ministry official said.
Turkey is a non-permanent member of the Council, Reuters reported.
