On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs led his country's delegation to the 3rd Forum of Alliance of Civilizations which was opened here earlier today by President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva of the Republic of Brazil in the presence of Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the United Nations and a number of leaders of the world.
