Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General has expressed his thanks to Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Province, who is also Chairman of High Commission for the Development of Arriyadh following reviewing three publications on the stages of development and completion of Environmental Rehabilitation Project of Wadi Hanifa . In a reply cable of thanks, the Crown Prince said, "We thank you for your blessed and sincere efforts for the achievements in Wadi Hanifa; and we wish you all success." On his part, Prince Salman has expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince for supporting the development of Riyadh Province such as other provinces, noting that Wadi Hanifa Project is one of the fruits of the directives of the Saudi leadership for the prosperity of citizens. It is noteworthy that Wadi Hanifa is located on an area of more than 80 kilometers. The Project has rehabilitated it to its natural situation as a drainage of rain-waters and floods, a park for picnicking and an area for various investments.
