Iraqi police and morgue officials say the death toll in a car bombing at an open-air market in a town northeast of Baghdad has risen to 30. Friday's bomb struck the town of Khalis. Most of those killed were sitting in a cafe in the center of the market. About 80 people were also wounded in the attack, the Associated Press reported.
