Crown Prince sends cable of congratulations to Norway's King

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to Norway's King Harald V on the anniversary of his country's Constitution Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the King permanent good health and happiness and Norway's people steady progress and prosperity.
