Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Makkah Province, who is also Chairman of Higher Committee for Okaz Market in Taif Governorate signed today a contract worth nearly SR 36 million for the Project of Establishment of Okaz Market Tent. The project to be implemented by a national company comes within a series of major projects aimed at building tourist and historical city of Taif. The Prince also approved a proposal submitted by Cultural Committee of Okaz Market Activities for this year, including awards worth SR 1 million for poetry, paintings, Arabic Calligraphy, Photography, Handicrafts, and Folklore.
