Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Fernando Lugo of the Republic of Paraguay on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished the President permanent good health and happiness and Paraguay's people steady progress and prosperity.
