On behalf of Prince Fahd bin Badr bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jouf Region, Assistant Undersecretary of the Governorate of Jouf Region Naif bin Nawi Alshamiri opened yesterday a symposium on intellectual security organized here by the branch of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowment, Call and Guidance in the region of Jouf. Speakers at the symposium highlighted the importance of security and negative effects of extremism and deviant thought. The speakers explained elements of intellectual security and called for promotion of intellectual security and protection of young people from deviation. The speakers included Sheikh Dr. Saad bin Abdullah Albraik, Dr. Tarish bin Msalam Alshimari and Sheikh Ali bin Salim Ala'bdali.
