Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Minister of the State for Foreign Affairs offered condolences on the death of late President Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'Adua of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
This came during the visit of Dr. Madani to the Embassy of Nigeria here today.
