13 Road Projects Worth More Than SR 1.5 Billion Signed

Minister of Transport Dr Jubara Al-Suraisri signed here today 13 contracts for road projects with a number of contractors, costing an estimated amount of SR 2,542,463,969.
These projects will be implemented in a number of Kingdom's regions including Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, Qassim, the Eastern province, Tabuk, Hail, and the Northern Borders.
Dr Al-Suraisri said this development comes in line with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to implement the approved projects in this year's budget.
He noted that the contracts for the remaining approved projects will be signed within the upcoming weeks.
