Indonesia's Finance Minister resigned from her post Wednesday to take on a new position as a managing director of the World Bank. Sri Mulyani Indrawati, will join the World Bank on June 1, the development lender said in a statement quoted by the Associated Press. «It is a great honor for me and also for my country to have this opportunity to contribute to the very important mission of the bank in changing the world,» Indrawati said in the statement.
