Cochabamba electric company union leader Alfredo Viscarra says more than a hundred police moved into the offices in that city on Saturday morning. President Evo Morales' government has said in the past that it eventually plans to nationalize power companies. The president's office has canceled Morales' previous commitments for Saturday and says an announcement will be made later.
