Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud made a telephone call to President Omar Hassan Al-Bashir of the Republic of Sudan, during which he congratulated him on winning his country's presidential election.
On behalf of his own name and the people and Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King expressed the most sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of Sudan and progress and prosperity for the Sudanese people.
During the conversation, the bilateral relations and a number of issues of common interest were discussed.
