The last 21 bodies of victims of the plane crash in Russia that killed the Polish president and dozens of the country's politicians were returned to Poland today, dpa reported. The coffins returned from Moscow included those of Mariusz Handzik, undersecretary of state, and Lt Gen Andrzej Blasik, commander of the Polish Air Force, as well as the crew of the plane that crashed on April 10 in Smolensk, Russia. The coffins were greeted at the airport by their families, members of parliament and government officials. The plane crash at Smolensk killed 96 people, including Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife Maria and dozens of high-ranking politicians and military brass. The delegation was en route to Katyn to mark the 70th anniversary of the Soviet massacre of some 22,000 Polish officers. Some 75 bodies of victims have already been returned to Poland.
