The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said Wednesday that its oil price rose to $81.83 on the previous day, regaining some recent losses. The group's basket price rebounded by 0.94 dollars per barrel (159 liters) on Tuesday, after having shed nearly $2 at the start of the week. OPEC's 12 members produce over a third of the world's crude oil, according to a report of the German Press Agency (DPA).
